I accidentally ordered on the wrong route. What happens now? Don't worry, we'll deliver the meal at a later date. If we're unable to deliver the same meal, we'll contact you.

I used the company code and created an account, but I still can't see the shop. It may take a few minutes for access to the shop to be activated. If this still doesn't work, please send an email to info@no-regrets.ch, and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order value for our company? No, there is no minimum order value. We do not have any minimum order requirements or binding contracts – both for the company and for the direct customer. This gives you the freedom to order whenever it suits you.

Do the reusable boxes have a deposit? Yes, the boxes generally have a deposit. However, we believe that, in partnership with you, we don't need one. Therefore, a deposit is not charged. However, if we notice that we receive fewer boxes than we deliver, we will notify you or contact you. If you would like to purchase some additional containers, just contact us.

What makes your food healthy? All our dishes are freshly prepared from scratch. We completely avoid ready-made sauces or stocks and do not use artificial additives or E numbers. Our dishes are characterized by a balanced combination of nutrients. We rely on a variety of natural foods to provide the broadest possible spectrum of healthy nutrients.

I have an allergy, where can I enter it? Unfortunately, we cannot adapt our dishes to individual allergies. However, you will find a detailed list of ingredients for each dish. Our dishes are prepared from scratch. Nevertheless, our cuisine is vibrant and diverse. Especially in the case of severe allergies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free of traces of undesirable ingredients.

How long do the meals keep? Our meals are freshly prepared the evening before delivery, prepared the next morning, and delivered directly. They'll easily keep for four days if refrigerated, but we always recommend the fresher the better.
