§ 1 USER
The user of these Terms and Conditions is: NO REGRETS by Vincent Dettling, Rigistrasse 22, 6006 Lucerne

§ 2 SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) a “natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity”).

§ 3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the no-regrets.ch website of NO REGRETS by Vincent Dettling. The contract is concluded with the user (see Section 1). The presentation and description of the goods on the no-regrets.ch website does not constitute a contractual offer. By ordering goods by clicking on the "order with payment" button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email. The contract text is saved for orders. Consumers receive an email with the order details.

§ 4 PAYMENT
The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the stated prices. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price.

§ 5 PRICES
The prices listed on the respective product page are final prices and, as such, already include statutory VAT and other price components. Final prices are always stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

§ 6 DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Deliveries are always made on the selected day. The delivery is then brought to the company during the morning of the selected day, where orders can be received for multiple customers. Orders are binding; if you are unable to pick up your order on the specified day for any reason, it will still be processed.

§ 7 NO SALE TO MINORS
According to Swiss law, alcoholic beverages may not be sold to minors under the age of 16, and spirits may not be sold to minors under the age of 18. By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions and confirms that they are authorized to purchase. NO REGRETS by Vincent Dettling disclaims all liability for violations.

§ 8 Orders
Orders are binding and cannot be canceled.

§ 8 TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer upon handover.

§ 9 RESERVATION OF TITLE
The user reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.

§ 10 WARRANTY
The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§ 11 APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the relationship between NO REGRETS by Vincent Dettling and customers are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between NO REGRETS by Vincent Dettling and customers is Lucerne, unless the law provides for mandatory jurisdiction.
